Malone Hodges
Malone brings decades of leadership, negotiation, and communication experience to the Monterey Peninsula real estate market. Before transitioning into real estate, he served as CEO of an international biotech firm with operations across several continents, where he specialized in complex business negotiations and navigating communication across different cultures and industries.
After choosing the Monterey Peninsula as home more than twenty years ago, Malone became the founding Managing Broker of Carmel Realty, helping grow the company into the Peninsula’s leading locally owned luxury real estate brand. Today, Malone and his team represent a select group of clients with a highly personalized and collaborative approach, emphasizing strong communication, strategic marketing, and exceptional client service throughout every stage of the transaction.
Known for his deep knowledge of contracts and skilled negotiation style, Malone has twice served as President of the Monterey County Association of Realtors and teaches contract classes for new association members. Outside of real estate, he is also a pilot and volunteers with the Monterey Sheriff’s Aero Squadron.
Devon Meeker
Following 10+ years in Silicon Valley specializing in Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions, Devon brings her expertise in strategic negotiations and analytics to the benefit of her clients.
With her warm personality and wicked smarts, Devon is able to navigate the Monterey Peninsula's dynamic market, while seamlessly blending the traditions of real estate with the modern needs of today's clients. She understands the importance of analyzing market trends while moving quickly enough to capitalize on current opportunities. The balance of her approach, along with her deep relationships in the community allow her to deliver exceptional results.
Devon is a partner of The Malone Hodges Team, the 3rd highest performing Small Team in Carmel according to Real Trends' annual rankings in the Wall Street Journal.
Devon is a devoted community member and resides in Carmel with her husband, two boys, and energetic white lab.

Elise Cricchio

Born and raised on the Peninsula, she brings a deep understanding of the area’s neighborhoods, lifestyle, and community to every client she serves.
After earning her degree from the, Elise returned home to build her career in the community she loves. Known for her strong communication skills, eye for design, and understanding of today’s buyers, she helps clients navigate the market with confidence and strategic guidance.
As a member of The Malone Hodges Team at, Elise is backed by over 25 years of industry leadership and a team responsible for more than $50M in annual sales volume, delivering a highly personalized and elevated client experience.
Outside of real estate, Elise teaches dance at and is the founder of Coastal Connect, a women’s community focused on supporting local businesses and fostering meaningful connections across the Monterey Peninsula.
