In 2010, after years of success as an individual agent, Malone became the Managing Broker at Carmel Realty Company, skillfully overseeing the technical, legal, and financial aspects of every transaction within the brokerage. This invaluable experience led Malone to serve two terms as President of the Monterey County Association of Realtors, guiding and elevating the region’s real estate professionals.

After years of supporting Realtors across the Monterey Peninsula, Malone returned to his true passion - working directly with clients to meet their real estate goals. In 2019, The Malone Hodges Team was founded with a mission to deliver outstanding results and a tailored, personal experience for every client.​​​
