Q2 2025 Market Report
The second quarter brought fresh energy to the market, driven by new inventory, strong buyer demand, and the continued appeal of life on the Monterey Peninsula. While global economic news briefly slowed activity, the market quickly rebounded by June.

Compared to Q1, sales volume jumped by 39%, average price rose 10%, and homes sold faster—dropping to just 1.5 months on market. Year-over-year, the market held steady with similar sales numbers and slight improvements in time on market.
